The cleanliness left much to be desired, with furniture so dirty that covering it with a towel became necessary. Also, the outdated heating and cooling system struggled to keep up, leaving the bathroom floor uncomfortably cold. Lastly, check-in took an excessive 20 minutes despite prior reservations, adding to the frustration of an already long day.
